Spring is coming
It’s a winter wonderland in beautiful Vermont these days. But this will not last forever, we promise! Days are already noticeably longer, the sun is getting stronger and the snow will melt, it really will… We have heard from many that they are taking the edge off winter by planning their spring, summer and fall camping trips. We still have many sites available, why don’t you give us a call and book your camping excursion today?
If you are looking for something to do this winter come visit us at one of the Camping Shows we will be attending:
February 15-18, Springfield, MA: RV, Camping and Outdoor Show
February 22-24, Essex Junction, VT: VT Vermont RV and Camping Show
March 29-31, Bedford, NH: NH Camping and RV Show
April 6-7, Auburn, ME: RV and Camping Show
Looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to unwind? You’ve come to
the right place!
Only minutes off the highway, yet a quiet secluded haven, Abel
Mountain Campground is nestled along the third branch of the
White River and has 270 acres of trails. One hundred thirty-one
spacious, grassy sites are available; 117
water/electric/cable/sewer and 14 water/electric/cable. We have
freed up more riverbank sites for non-seasonal campers. All sites
come equipped with picnic tables and large fire rings. Enjoy the
serene and friendly atmosphere surrounded by the relaxing
sounds of the river.
We are in the heart of Vermont, so many of Vermont's attractions are within an easy drive - check out our links to recreation opportunities here. Like to dance? Play Bingo? Play Horseshoes? Look at the many activities scheduled throughout the season. Want to just relax? Book one of our riverside sites and enjoy a campfire while listening to the gentle sounds of the river.
With review ratings averaging between 4.5 and 5 online we know you won’t be disappointed. See the reviews for yourself here: Google, TripAdvisor, RV Park Reviews, Facebook. We look forward to seeing you this season at Abel Mountain!
